Add a boozy twist to your steak with Tusker Lager.
1. Place the steaks on a plastic or glass tray/container. Season each side with some salt and chilli powder. Let it sit for a few minutes.
2. Pour approximately 50ml of Tusker Lager onto each steak, and gently rub the liquid in.
3. Cover with foil paper and refrigerate for 2 hours.
4. Preheat the grill. Once hot, place the steaks on the grill and cook to rare, medium or well done as desired.
