1. Fire up the grill to medium heat and place the choma sausages on to cook.
  2. While the choma sausages cook, peel the onions and soak them in salty water for 10 minutes.
  3. Next, chop up the onions, tomatoes, dhania and chilli peppers. Mix them together, then season with a pinch of salt and some lemon juice.
  4. Slice the choma sausages down the middle and fill with kachumbari.
  5. Enjoy!
