Chips Masala Mwitu
This is as simple as frying your onions, garlic, tomatoes, tomato sauce and seasoning into a paste then tossing in your chips mwitu and dhania then serving.

Noodles and Eggs
Boil your noodles to your desired consistency. Fry onions, tomatoes into a sauce, add two eggs, seasoning and scramble. Serve the eggs over the noodles.

Cream-filled Mandazi
Whip some full cream to a stiff peak, whip in some jam if you like. Cut a small hole in the mandazi and pipe the cream into it. (You could make a piping bag out of cling film or a plastic bag.)

Mash Potatoes and Smokie Sauce
Wash, peel and boil your potatoes with a little salt. When ready, mash the potatoes to your desired consistency, add margarine and set aside. Fry the kachumbari you get with the smokies into a sauce, add chopped smokies, let it simmer for about five minutes and serve with the mash.
