As we celebrated our 100-year milestone in 2022, it was hard not to feel a sense of pride knowing that Tusker had become a household name not only in Kenya but across Africa as well. From our humble beginnings to where we were then, we had cemented our status as one of the most iconic brands on the continent.

To mark that momentous occasion, we launched Tusker Nexters, a nationwide campaign aimed at discovering and nurturing the next generation of Kenyan talent in various fields. We scouted the country and uncovered some of the most innovative talents, from e-sports and music. The overall winners in each category got to showcase their talents to a wider audience, with the talented TK Lyon given an opportunity to perform at the Tusker OktobaFest 2022 main stage in front of over 20,000 fans.

But we didn't stop there! We traveled across the country, hosting in-bar activations dubbed Tusker Meat-ups, where revelers got to enjoy the famous Kenyan pairing of Tusker Na Nyama Choma. We also ran Nexter Fest events giving regional Nexter talent a platform to showcase and hone their skills in front of large audiences. From Kisumu to the Coast region, Kenyans turned up in droves to celebrate with us and create unforgettable memories.
